Oregon doctor files $35 million defamation lawsuit against members of state medical board

Dr. Paul Thomas, a pediatrician from Oregon, has filed a $35 million defamation lawsuit against the state's medical board over the defamation of his independent practice due to his refusal to follow mainstream medical advice regarding child vaccination schedules.

Thomas, owner of the Integrative Pediatrics clinic, recently left his mainstream practice after seeing how many children were being harmed by the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines. He has practiced pediatric medicine for over 30 years.

"I started a practice where we honored informed consent," he said during an interview with Del Bigtree on "The Highwire."

"Over time, the medical board got wind of this – or maybe it was the publication of my book – whatever, they started coming after me." (Related: Health Ranger Report with Mike Adams: Thomas Renz preparing to expose Fauci for CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY.)

In a different interview, this time with the Portland Business Journal, Thomas said his practice is just about asking questions and seeking the right information regarding "the health outcomes of vaccinated children compared to unvaccinated children."

Thomas' lawsuit stated that scientific inquiry has proven that children who received the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) recommended vaccine schedule were much less healthy than children who did not.

The lawsuit also detailed Thomas' childhood. He grew up in Zimbabwe – then called Rhodesia – and his village had no running water, electricity or even glass windows. Thomas' mother was a nurse, and their home became the "de facto health center for the village."

"By the time Dr. Thomas was in his teens, he had seen more deaths than most Americans will see in their lifetimes," read the lawsuit. Thomas went further by noting how he realized that the CDC's recommended vaccination schedule "was poisoning children with mercury" after listening to a presentation at a medical conference.

To this end, Thomas has come up with an alternative vaccination plan which he claims has been followed by more than 1,000 children born into his practice and none of whom have developed autism.

Lawsuit latest move in years-long battle with Oregon Medical Board over vaccinating children

Thomas' suit stated that he has gone up against the Oregon Medical Board since Dec. 2018, when the board started "scouring the earth with the intent to find something" to put him out of business and unable to practice medicine.

"Its insistence on absolute fealty to the CDC recommendations is anti-science," read the lawsuit.

In Dec. 2020, Thomas' license was suspended over his alleged failure to adequately vaccinate children against preventable and debilitating diseases, a move that the Oregon Medical Board called "grossly negligent."

At the time, the board said Thomas had "published an alternative vaccination schedule that decreases the frequency of many recommended vaccines and omits others, including rotavirus." This, the board claimed without evidence, left hundreds of kids vulnerable to multiple potentially life-threatening illnesses including whooping cough, tetanus, measles, mumps and rubella.

Thomas' suspension wasn't lifted until June 2021, when he agreed to a deal with the medical board to limit his practice only to patients that require acute care. This deal also prevented him from discussing vaccinations with his patients.

Then in Nov. 2021, the medical board issued an Amended Complaint and Notice of Proposed Disciplinary Action against Thomas, alleging unprofessional or dishonorable conduct, repeated negligence and claiming that he made so-called false or misleading statements.

Thomas' $35 million lawsuit seeks to put an end to the harassment he is experiencing.

"I'm fighting for every kid in the world," said Thomas. "We have got to get the power away from these boards that are actually changing … the whole patient-doctor relationship. It's being destroyed in front of our eyes."
